I am changing my visa from F1 to H1. While my husband is renewing his F1 visa. I am a little worried since 5 years back when he applied for F1 his visa was refused three times under 221 (g), no specific reason specifed. Finally he applied on F2 (I was a student at that time) and he was able to join me here. He went to mexico to change his visa from F2 to F1. Now for first time we are returning to get our visas stamped, I am a little worried if he will face a problem again. Murali could you or anyone who had a similar expereince give us some insight,
