I am travelling with my mother and sponsoring the trip.
Her interview is on different date than mine.

Do I need to fill I-134 for her. Or it this form only for people who are in US
and inviting their relatives from India?

Also, it my Original Birth Certificate required in case I am sponsoring the trip.

I have read it in many posts that original birth certificate of the Sponsor is
required. Is it required only for people who are in US and inviting relatives from India?

Are you in India and travelling to US on a Visitor visa?

Yes, I am in india and travelling with my mother on Visitor Visa.

As my mother would be appearing for interview alone, I need to
get it clarified, what all documents will she need to show that
I am sponsoring the trip for her.

Please reply to my post. Do I need original birth certificate, and I-134 form.
Or is it required only for people in US inviting their parents/relatives from India.

I am accompanying my mother (Tourist Visa) and sponsoring for the Trip.

I don't think it matters wether the sponsorer is India or US - i guess the issue is proof of relationship b/w sponserer & applicant. Please do take the original birth certificate since its listed as one of the required documents.

I am not sure whether you need to giver her a 134 but show enough funds and relationship proof.

My original birth certificate is in language Hindi . My name, my mother
father names all are written in Hindi.

It has a stamp (with Birth/Death written in English). Will that work.

Or do I need to get some kind of Affidavit made for this Birth Proof.

I think the regional language Birth Certificate should suffice - it is very much a valid document & they have interpretor's if needed.

As for the I-134, i really think you should email VFS or TTS depending on where you got the appointment from & find out directly from them or the counsulate if you need to fill out the form. In my opinion, if you are unsure or unable to get a confirmed answer, just go ahead & fill it out & get it notarized - that form does not contain any extra information than you already should have, so play it safe & have it available in case its asked for.

I was going through I-134 PDF and found the following:-================================================== =========
If the sponsor is in the United States, the affidavit may be sworn to or affirmed before an immigration officer (see any USCIS District or sub-office) or before a notary public or other official authorized to administer oaths for general purposes. If the sponsor is outside the United States, the affidavit must be sworn to or affirmed before a U.S. consular or immigration officer.
================================================== =========

Queries:-
1) The affidavit must be sworn to or affirmed before a U.S. consular or immigration officer
- Does that mean I should get it notarised from Visa Official at the time when my
mother is giving interview?? I am confused.

2) Secondly, some sections in that form are not applicable to me. For example Point 1 & 2 (ask for US address/details etc). I am also a visitor.

Somehow this form seems to be more applicable for the persons who are in US and
inviting relatives/parents.

What should I do about those sections

And from where should I get it Notarized in India?
