221(g) refusal please help

i got 221(g) saying that need to present the detailed job duties in USA and how its related to your current job and your experiance. also he is asking the current resume and cover letter. eventhough i gave him at the time of interview he ticked on that too. please help me what else then will ask when i go to the next time? i can go anytime after 8.30 delhi embassy with out appointment. Am i getting the same officer again or diffrent officer? they going to ask more questions? please help

After my 221(g)refusal i went another interview with documents mention on that form he look at it then nothing further he ask he took my passport/DD/ and approval letter and refer to TTS service.

i have one more quesion if any of you guys know pease advice, i have family emergency came along after the interview so i am wondering how late i can enter to US after issuing the H1-b visa. if i go like 2 or 3 months after there will be any problem? I talked to my employer and they seems ok for that. please advice if any one knows regading this issue
