Hi,
I would appreciate if some one can help me with the information i want.
I have a 2 year old kid in India, she has born here and went india when she was 4 months old, even we (mom and dad) stayed in India for one and half year, later we came here,
my question is my daughter is still in india and we didn't take any police clearance for her with in 6 months we reached india, in one immigration web site they posted that police clearance is not required for the US citizens less than 12 years, i have that print out also, so we neglected it.
Let me know will there be any problem at the airports when we bring her back here, we are planning to get her soon, will it be helpful if i provide additional documents to support it, what type of documents i can provide, let me know.
