What documents need to be given to Consular Officer

Hi,

What documents need to be given to the Consulate Officer at the time of interview.

From the site (path2usa.com) i had prepared a large no of documents:
- Sponsor documents ( I-134, employer letter, bank statments, etc)
- My parents documents ( DS -156, photos, property documents, tax returns)
- Visa Fees DD's

Do we need to give all these documents to the officer and or only a few of them to start with.

Also any help regarding How to arrange these documents would be of great help!

- Tostart give - Completed Application forms, Passport, I134, request for visa etter from sposor .

Rest documents should be given as and when asked ..
