I and my wife applied for B2 visa. my daughter is sponsering for us.we got appointment on 26 oct 05 . The officer interviewed in US english, but we cant understand his language bcoz our language is TAMIL . we cant get tamil appointment and tamil transulator at that time. He asked the conformation about returning to india. we unable to tell the answer for his question unable to follow him. we want to apply 2 nd time.what we have to do plz tell the steps.

There is no time restriction for applying again now.(3 days after interview)This time apply for a tamil interview slot .Sometimes they speak fast English to the discomfort of the applicants.We wish you success in the second attempt.

Insist to your daughter that she get a tamil appointment. It is a waste of your time and the officer's if you can't answer the questions . The appt may be in March /April but at least you won't give the officer a chance to refuse you for a frivolous reason.
