View Full Version : Time gap between getting visa & actually entering US

Hi,

My mom got the Visa & is valid till Oct 3 2006. Thanks a ton to all the seniors who cleared my doubts at every single step. But due to domestic reasons my Mom's travel has postponed. She plans to travel now in Mar or Apr 2006. Is there any clause which says that you have to enter US within 4 or 6 months time after you have got the Visa ??
Please let me know if there is any such clauses.

No, there is no such thing. Your mom can enter any time she wants but it should be before the expiration of her visa.
