Error while scheduling B1/B2 Visa online after new process

I am facing following problems.

1. I have paid the visa fee ( For my mom and Dad) at HDFC branch mentioned at http://vfs-usa.co.in/ on 28th Oct 2005( (India Time)

2. I was trying to schedule the visa interview online for both of them.

3. For Mom its not going to the 3rd stage where i have to fill DS-156 form and giving folloing error:
Please check date of issue of Fee Receipt.
It is valid after 2 working days upto 1 year from date of issue.
ii) Are you entering details of the Fee Receipt issued in your name?

4. For Dad i could reach to the third stage where i have to fill DS-156 ...
a. Once i filled all the information and hit continue it gave me very weird Stack Overflow error.
b. Then i used browser back button and modified the length of Address fields ( as a guess)
c. And hit continue again ... this time i got the following error:
"Save Failed: Error while updating : TRN_DS156 , Violation of unique Key---------------"

Please let me know if some one has recently scheduled the visa interview .. or what to do in the above case.

Your best course of action is to communicate wit VFS support team and they should be able to assist you.

I contacted VFS at the email given on their site.. i could schedule the interview..
Only thing is that their site is very unstable ...

If you think your application was saved use the retrieve application button and then continue....
