Hi!
This is a question regarding the visitor visa to USA for my parents. I was on a H4 visa and early this year I have been approved for a L2 visa(becoz my hubby moved from H1B to L1A). After the approval I have not travelled to India.
So my passport still has H4 visa stamping only and not the L2. At the consulate when they ask my parents, what visa is your daughter/son-inlaw on? What do you suggest the answer should be? Should it be H4 and H1B OR L2 and L1A? Kindly let me know? Wondering if the systems are linked and if my parents say H4 the consulate may get to know that I am now approved for a L2........Worried and not sure what to say. Kindly let me know.
