DS-156 and other Q- urgent

:confused: Hi All,

My MIL is a housewife. So when we fill up her DS-156 for Visitng visa interview, under
Q21. present occupation.. what should I write..? 'None' or 'House wife'..?
I wrote 'Occupation: HOUSEWIFE' for tts visa appointment.

Also another Question is... when taking tts appointment somehow it looks like in the column
Issuance City and Country: ... I ,missed wrting the 'city' and i just wrirte INDIA.

Please suggest on these.

Occupation should be Housewife. Don't worry about the mistake in appt form, just fill the visa form correctly.
