Visa Appointment

My parents and in-laws are going for visa interview next month. I'm sponsoring for their visa, the question is should I mention my wife (she is working too) as wholly dependent or partially dependent?? Does this really matter for the interview?? Please advise.

Also, We jsut bought a house and would like to give house warming as one of the reasons for the visa. Is it advisable to use this as a reason for the visit??

Should I give the real estates details when filling out the I-134 Affidavit of Support form??

Your reason of house warming is good. You could include the house worth when lisiting properties owned in the affidavit of support but don't give them too much info.
