Hi All,
I have a question. I came to US on H4 visa and now I have H1B visa. My husband is also on H1B. We are planning to file visitor visa for my mother. As I have just got my H1 this year I haven't filed for any of w2 as yet. In this situation who should be the sponsor?
If I decome the sponsor then I will not have sufficent papers. Can my husband sponsor my mother. I know that when some one is on H4 the other spouse can file for in -law but do the same apply when both are on H1?
If my husband sponsor her then what does one answer to the visa officer at interview when ask why is your daughter not sponsoring?
