Earliest available appt date for mumbai is mid of march however dates are available in december in Delhi consulate

Can i apply at Delhi consulate or is it that since i am maharashtra i can go to mumbai consulate only?

Your applicable consulate is Mumbai so you can book only for Mumbai consulate, unless any emergancy case.

if u are an h1b worker currently in US and applying for revalidation then u can apply at any of the 4 consulates else if ur applying for first time u wld need to only apply at the consulate serving ur region.
