Will a pending GC application have any effect on B1 stamping as GC is immigrant petetion and B1 is non immigrant ?

Your best course o action is a to consult an immigration attorny.

You cannot apply for B1 if a GC application is in the process. The whole point of a non immig visa is that you are saying you have no plans to become a resident - study/work in the US.
