i want to apply for h1b. i am a graphic designer. but i don hav any degree other than diploma from private computer institute. i hav more than 4 yrs of work experience.
can u guide me? will i get h1?

For applying H-1B you need at least 15years of study background. and your 3 experience can be taken as 1 yr extra study. Which means you require 16 yrs of study background to apply for H-1B.
