hi floks,
my h1b viza has been approved and ill receive my documents in next 14 days or so and then ill have to go to viza interview, can any one please tell me which state is good to appear for the viza as i belong to south province, can i appear any where in india or do i have to appear in the south only.

Yours is the Chennai Consulate- but if there is too much backlog then you can go to Delhi/Mumbai

hi ive applied in the month of june and i got my Lein No on august 8th and H1b approval on Oct24th.

I am in US on L1 visa working for company A. I got my H1 visa through company B.
I don't have any pay stubs for company B as I did not start working for company B.
I got full time job oppertunity in company C. Can I apply for H1 transfer from comany B to company C?
