my mom not understand docs??

hello

my mom is not that educated, i have fixed interview in tamil, any how she will not know much about docments detaisl she will carry....we are planning to arrange it in separate file with check list etc.... can she handover file and will they check it out since if they ask each document by name she will not undrstand much???? or is there any way to help her out................, knily cler me

The interpreter should be able to help , and yes she may hand over the file in case is not able to understand.

Deepa, stick Post-It notes in tamil to each document you are sending. Then your mom can read the notes and handover the docs the officer wants.
