visitors visa refused once and planning to go in 4 months

My parents got rejected a visitor visa in chennai in the month of Sep 05 . And they are planning to go to the chennai embassy again in the month of January 06 . So it is like a time gap of 4 months. Is it ok or is it too early to visit again. If yes what is u r advice.

There is no time limit between interviews. Make sure do strong documentation and show more proofs on previously asked questions.

Consulate officers try to reject on the same grounds, don't give them any more chance.
