Hi guys,
My parents visitor visa is refused twice at the Delhi Consulate (clause 214b). Last time it was rejected in May 2005. We are two brother and both are in US.
Now I'm planning to send JUST my mom for the interview sometime next year. Will it make any difference because now she will be having social ties (my father) in India.?
If someone can suggest the approach I should follow, I'll really appreciate.
