My parents visitor visa is refused twice at the Delhi Consulate (clause 214b). Last time it was rejected in May 2005.
Now I'm planning to send JUST my mom for the interview sometime next year. Will it make any difference because now she will be having social ties (my father) in India.?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Murali,
Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention that we are 2 brothers (no sister) and both are on H-1B.
I'll be trying my best to make sure that she is well prepared for the interview. But she does not know English and all the documents will be in English. She knows only Punjabi (read and write) and Hindi (read). Even though the CO will be asking for the documents in Hindi, but she will not be able to find the correcr documents out of that whole bundle (even if I set them properly).
My next question is that will it be a good idea to put yellow sticky (in punjabi) on each document so that she can present the document CO is asking for?
Again, thanks in advance.

Yes, stick the Post It notes in punjabi and she can find them easily when the officer asks for them .
