H4 Visa age restriction

Hi,
Right now I am in U.S with H1 Visa. I am planning to bring my wife in H4 visa. The
problem is she is only 17 yrs old. I have a valid marriage certificate. Will it create any
problem in visa stamping?

Isnt that an illigeal marriage, in Indian & US Law - she has to be atleast 18. For them she is a minor.

It should not be a problem. Your marriage has been recognized in India and the US will accept that.
