Question- Visitor Visa

Hello,
please help me on this issue. Parents got 10 year tourist visa. They are here now on 6 month visit. After 4 months, they will visit Canada for 2 months. Can they come back to USA from Canada? Or, do they have to go back to India and then come to USA?

If they have 10yrs multiple entery visa they may come back to USA visa Canada, however they may not get another 6 months from that day on I94.
