When to present the affidavit of assurance

Hi,
I just wanted to know when to present the "affidavit of assurance" in from of the interviewing office.
Should I do it immediately before starting of the interview, or should I wait for the officer to ask for it,
Any help is appreciated.

Only when officer aks any question related to applucants assurance to come back/stroong ties.
