Hi,
My parents have tourist visa interview in Mumbai on Oct 25th, we had
taken the appnt way back in July at that time we did not sent DS-157
form but some forum says that after Oct 3rd DS-157 is mandatory, my question
is -
a) Should I ask my father to fill in this form and take it with him for
interview.
b) Does my mother also need to fill in this form.
b) Does he also need to fill in DS-158 form?
