My sister H1-B was approved in July . she went to stampting in July end . But the Indian Consulate in Mumbai took her H1-B papers and on her passport they put 221-G and told her that they will get back to her after few weeks. But it is almost 2 months.how much time will the consulate take to get back . Is there any thing which can be done by the company which issued the H1-B.Can i apply for another H1-B from another comapny or any way to get her in US.
