Hi Guys !
I am currently on L-1, but would like to shift to an H-1B with some other company once the L-1 expires. Would this be possible without going back to India ? What would I have to do, that is, besides look for a job with a new company ? Can the new company hire me while my I-94 is valid, but L-1 expired ? Can it then apply for my H-1 ? Please clarify.
