Query on transferring H1B in India.

Hi,

I have got my H1B stamped in Feb 2005 in Mumbai consulate, my visa is valid till July 2007. This has been done while I was working for company A. I have not travelled to USA during this time period after my H1B got stampped. Now I am planning to switch my job to company B in India. Is there any way to get my visa transfer to the other company B. It's really difficult to get H1B now a days, I have got my Visa but couldn't travel and now as I am changing my company I want to utilize my existing H1B in the other company B. What is the procedure I should follow.

for h1 transfer u must be in valid h1b status with previous employer. the new company shld file h1b change of employer - in case u never worked for prev employer the new h1b will most likely be subject to cap.
