Hi friends,
I got my H1 stamped in India one months ago and I came to US. My employer is not able to find project for me in last one month, so no salary, no salary slips. For how many days I can stay without project/Salary with valid H1 status? Any legal restrictions?
My second question is can I transfer my H1 to other company, though I have not having any salary slip from first comapny.
