Hi Everyone
I have 2 yrs(7 months Internship Expereince) in a Big MNC and my qualification is MCA from University of Mumbai and my stamping is at mumbai.
What are the chances of getting my visa.
I wanted to know should i show my internship experience.

Its better if you show your internship experience certificate when you are going for Consulate interview. Coming to the Staming part chances are purly based on your answers for the consular officer questions.

You should be confindent about your answers when you are taking the consular interview.

Hi Ronald and all senior people.

I am going to take the appointment soon at Mumbai consulate.Pls let me know the Documents that i need to get from my employer so that i can get it early becoz i have seen lot of posts where by people are saying that the consulate now adays are asking for lot of documents.

Your petition approval package and the US Office photos from your employer. Your current Company photographs where you are working right now, your paystubs, Bank statments, all your original study and experience certificates are required for the Consulate interview. You should know what position you are going to US and your duties of your Job in US.

Hi,
This is my first job.So no releiving letters are there.

So what i have is 3 appointment order of 7 months for period i was trainee i.e(My 7 months internship experience).I dont have any paystubs for the internship experience since only 3 months out of the 7 months i was paid Rs.4000 and that too in cash.
Then i have an appointment order working as a consultant from May 2004.
I have the appraisal letter and all the pay stubs starting from May 2004.

Also i have a offer from Another BIg MNC .Can u tell me if i change job now will it affect my H1 visa after 3 months.
