I had applied for visitors visa in feb 2003 for myself and two sons to visit my brother and sister. I was granted 6 mths visa and my sons where denied on grounds of 214G.
I now wish to travel to USA in April 2005 along with my sons and husband.
Kindly guide me :
1. When to scheduel appointment.
2. Who should be the first applicant - myself or husband.
3. Document to be carried.
4. Precautions to be taken.

1. When to scheduel appointment.
Soon, since there is a waiting period for 2-3 months, so if you try now you will get appoitment some times in JAN/FEB.

2. Who should be the first applicant - myself or husband.
there is no concept of first applicant each and every person need to fill out the form and pay the fee.

3. Document to be carried.

Is it a sponsored trip by your relative in USA or you will be selg sponsoring the trip ?

Thanx for the prompt reply, sir.
My sister who is a doctor have to clinic in LA will be sponsoring our trip. Last time too she had send me I134 and her bank statements but CO did not even view them. Will it make difference as my husband too will be applying for visa with us. Also guide about the documents that I should carry to prove non immgration statue of my sons other then the investments that we have done in there name.
I miss mention in earlier note that I had visited US in June 2003 alone.
I am worry of rejection.
