What is the whole prosess when arriving at the embassy... what kind of questions do they ask when applying for the visa and what are the chances of being declined if i have already got a job to start in the states...

There are prerequisites before even go to embassy/consulate.
You need to take an appointment, preapre application forms/ fee etc.
when you go to embasssy for interview you wil be assessed and interviews for the qualification of visa grant.
