My in-laws has an appointment in chennai consulate on Oct 14.
I have following questions:

1. Is w2 for the past 3 years enough? or do i need to tax papers also?
2. I showed $8K as bank balance and $40K in stocks.. is it enough?
3. I am sponsoring my in-laws though my wife is working and just started job..
is it OK?
4. In I-134, i put her status as "partial dependent" and thats what i should do if she is working.. Am i right?
5. My father-in-law is a retired central government emplyee.. Does he need to get NOC?

Yes.

If she is working, she is not dependent as per the definition. So you dont have to put her as dependent.
