Hi,
What is the process for applying my parent's visitor visa 2nd time if it gets rejected the 1st time.
which documents do i have to send NEW from my side as a sponsor for my parents visa.
where can we apply againin mumbai consulate? which is the fastest way to get a new appt date?
please let me know

The process is same as fresh filing.
you may use the same document, unless they are more then 3 months old.
So send all such documents whcih are time sensitive like letter of employment, bank statement, I134 etc.

so if i understand correctly..i dont need to send anything if the interview date is within 3 months..
but if it is after 3 months then i will need to send the documents like employment letter, I-134, bank statements etc..
Is this correct?

The general (unsaid rule) is that documents less then 3 months olds are good and have the validity ( with the assumption that nothing significant changed) .
If you have changed the job, close the bank accout etc ..you should send the new set of documents..
But documents like invitation letter, letter to consulate etc should be latest with new date.
