Visitor Visa for Mom - Need Advice

Hi

My mothers appointment date is in October. I as her daughter cannot sponsor her as currently I do not have a job but do have sufficient funds to take care of her. I came to the US in 2002.
My brother on the other hand came to the US in april this year and so has been in the US for 6 months. Will there be any probelms at the consulate if he sponsors her?
He has less funds but just enought to show in as his bank balance.
Somebody please advice!!

does your brother have W2 Tax returns ?
they are imp documents to be shown

My brother does have W2 since he has been here for just 6 months.

How come a person working from last 6 months have a W2 form?

If your brother don't have W2 form, then all you can try is, with his current and previous paystubs.
