My parents are due for an interview in chennai consulate this week. I am a permanent resident and iam the sponsor. My brother also lives in the US. will this hamper their prospect, i have not disclosed anywhere that he is also living in us. If they ask in the interview, should they tell.
my brother is here for the last 1.5 yrs.

Same situation. My bro lives in US too. We are planning to disclose everything if asked. Its better to tell the truth. Also, when u fill the I 134, there is a question asking how many family members are in US. Did you not fill out that both u & ur bro are in US??
