Hi,
I am expecting in Nov and my parents visa got rejected. But my mother in law has 10 years visitors visa and she left US on May 29th. If she comes in Nov 1st week, it would have been less than 6 months. Is there restriction how often one is allowed to enter the country? How many months is she likely to get visa at the port of entry? Will her chances improve if she waits and enters US in Dec?
