Clarification requested: Do we need to send Tax forms and W2 forms?

Hello,

In Path2Usa, it says the sponsor need to send
"Copy of few recent income tax returns or last few W2 forms" (note the OR),

Whereas in other sites such as Immihelp.com it says
"Copy of last 3 years income tax returns and W2s" (note the AND)

Can someone clarify which is correct?

Based on my own and several thousend others who got the visa with refereence from this website , You just have to send copy of W2 form.
