Rejected twice for F2

hi,

Right now I am in OPT. on july 2nd my wife went to visa on F2 and been rejected for lack of financial resources. i showed around $ 36,000. for the second time on Sep 9th she has been rejected for not showing W2 form of mine. i showed nearly $60,00 for the second time. what do u suggest me to do. is it fine if she goes another one more time on F2? do i need to get my H1 done so that she come on H4 visa??

You should show your W2 + tax return (or source of income). In July you showed $36000 and in Sept you showed $60000 in bank account. Obviously the consulate is curious where you are getting all these money.

When you are not showing your W2, obviously consulate suspected that you are showing all these money by borrowing from friends.

My personal reco Get her on a H4 - dont take the 3rd chance and get your W2 copies certified /notarizied before you send it to her.
