hi ,
my gc was approved in Dec 2001 .I am expected to get citizenship by 2007 . Now recently I got engaged to a girl in India . We r not married yet . She tried for F1 . Since her family had financial problem , so I showed myself as 'sponsor in US' and I showed I am her uncle's son . But since I am a permanent resident , her F1 got rejected with the reason stated "not sufficient family bonding in India" .She chose university near the my address stated in I-134 .I know this sounds stupid , but e had no other way than to try F1 .Also she finished study 2 and half years back , so that went against the impression of bona fied student . Now my query is
1)should she try again for F1 with her parents sponsoring ?
2) we r not married yet . So by sponsoring her , can I be in any legal problem?
3)In next attempt if her parents sponsor , will again the Us sponsor relation be dragged from first failed attempt?
4) If she goes again with same I-20 and me as sponsor , just with proofs with properties proofs in India in her name and proofs of family ties , is there any chance to get F1 ?
5) if she drops F1 attempt , what other visa category she can try? She is not likely to get H1(b) .
6) If we marry at this point of time , will she stuck in India till 2007 >>>there is not at all any way out ?I am desparate to bring her to me .
Please suggest me .
