Thank u for giving answers to my queries . i have got few more queries :
1) In my DS-156,Ds-157,DS158 nowhere I mentioned abt those freelance projects . I told it just verbally . So why cant I go with all proofs of appointment letter , experience letter ,pay slip of my job as customer care executive in the second time ? Should all what I say second time be identical with even what I told them first time verbally ? They have not got any proof that I told abt freelance projects , nowhere I wrote it . So why cant I say the truth this time that actually I was working ? this time I am supplying papers to stand for my version !
2)yup if I get fresh I-20 from the same university with finance aid from univ , not from cousin , then why should cousin come again as a negative factor ? this time I should b considered as a fresh case , my I-20 will b new , so will b my sponsor . cousin will nowhere b mentioned .still can they drag cousin from their old files ?
3)how many times visa rejection bans me from applying further?
4)I heard each time visa rejection creats a negative impact on next time's application . Is this applicable to other visa category also? Say If I get rejected F1 in my second attempt also (I am already rejected once) and then I go for a spouse visa , like H4 (b) or K3 , can my rejection of F1 create bad impact on my spouse visa application also? but as far as I know, spouse visa they r legally compelled to give . Can they deny a spouse visa just because I tried and failed F1 twice?
