Friends,
I had my persoanl interview with chennai consulate on sep.25th. After the interview the officer keep my h1 papers,experience cetrificate and company photos.
and initial "g" in the last page of my passport .
He give me a paper saying submit some more company documents like
1) all employes w2 form.
2) last 3 year income tax paper
3) current project etc..
4) passport
5) ds156 form
6) visa fee DD
7) photo etc..
send everything to FPU section chennai.
I send all the documents on oct 27th.
Now its 3 months over. still my passport is with the consulate.
Kindly advise me does the consulate usualy hold passport this much time?
How long it will take to get my passport back.
when i call or email the consulate they give me same answer.."Your case is still under administrative process"
if anyone have same kind of experience please share with me.
