H1 Transfer, Please help

I recently got my H1 transferred to another employer but I changed my mind and continuing with current employer, what are the consequences, do I need to reimburse the H1 transfer fee to the new employer, I just signed the offer letter and there is no mention of returning the fee if not joining. Please reply
