I recently moved from company A to company B. Company B filed for h1 and it got approved. I was orignally on H1B with company A also which now wants me to work part time for them.

They are completely willing to help me with any documentation change etc of any kind whatsoever.

I know I can file for a part time h1b again with company A and work as a part time employee...but I want to save myself from that hassle.

From an immigration and green card perpective what is the consequence of continuing on the two full time H1B's....with one of them with reduced pay ?? say from 60K to now about 30K ?

I am mess around with the papers as the employer A is very coperative...like he can say I work as a full time employee with them instead of part time and the low pay is due to a paycut because of the underperformace of the company ?

please let me know what your thoughts.?

It is possible. Please read these FAQ's.

Since these FAQ's are dated 1999, it is best to ask a immigration lawyer about any recent changes to the law.

if working full time the employer must pay prevailing wage or higher - u can work part time on a concurrent h1b
please consult with an immig attorney.
