Hello,
I have 2 questions for form DS-156 to get my H-1 renewed:
Q29: Have u been to US? When? Hpw long?
I have been in US for last 6 years first on student visa and then on H-1? What should I write? The first time I went to US and 6 1/2 years.
Q37: Are any of the following persons in the US or have US Legal residence?
My wife is on H-4 and currently she is in India. She is going to stay here for a few more months due to some family emergencies and cannot attend visa interview with me.
Should I check Yes or No for the Husband/Wife question?
