I am planning to sponsor to three people:

1. My mother

2. My wife's grandmother and grandfather

I am wondering is that safe sponsoring to three people at the same time?
Also planning to arrange a group interview to all of them?

Please let me know your suggestions.

I do not see any problem.
I myself done that and all the parties got the visa.
You will need separte set of documents for both parties.
