B1 to H1 and now sponsor.Please help

Here is the situation.

I came here on Business visa in Sept 03. and got H1 in Dec 03. wanted to get married in June 04. But I knew it would be difficult to get stamp. so my husband sponsored my parents. As usual they got rejected. But now again I want to try sponsoring my mother. Do you think it would create problem since I have just H1 approval and I-94 and not stamp. Do consulate go into History of the person?

please advice what step I should take?

I do not see any problem just becuse you chnage your status, lots of people do that and it is leagal to do so.
I would say do not worry abt it and go ahead with sponsoring.

Thanks Murali for your help. That definately boost my confidence. Do you know any interview date range if you apply now? (in person) online it's not available till Nov 2005.
