Hi,
I'm in H1B visa and I'm trying to bring my parents thru' vistor visa.
Please tell me what do I need to fill in Question 37 of DS-156.
Do I need to say all NO and in Son/Daughter Working - H1B
or YES? If YES means, I'm either Citizen or Permanent Resident, correct?
Is my employment letter need to address to Chennai, Consulate?
Is bank statement verification letter and employment letters are valid for one month only?
Please clarify this.

Just respond as "YES" against Son/Daughter. Don't fill the rest.
Employment Letter can be to "Whom so ever it may concern".
It is better if your Bank Verification letter is less than 45 days old.
