hi,i changed my status from h4 to F1.i am planning to apply visitor's visa for my parents.i want to invite them for my graduation ceremony.do i need to mention graduation ceremony ?or i have to mention to visit the places in usa?could u also please help me how to prepare invitation letter for the graduation ceremony.thank u.

You can mention in the 'purpose of trip' column in DS 156 as visiting daughter or son's family in ABCcity, attend daughter/son's graduation ceremony and to visit a few places of interest. Never ask for 6 months as the duration of stay.
