Hi all,
Thanks for all the ppl who have responded to my previous queries. My mother has got her visitor visa interview. In this reg, I have query regarding the Invitation letter and Letter to be sent to consulate. Is it good to write the invitation letter and letter to consulate with my own handwriting on white paper or type it in word, print that document and sign it at the end. Also Please make this point clear whether I have to write the invitation letter in my native language (telugu in my case) or Is it OK if we write the letter in English.

To put it simple below are my two questions....Please clarify ASAP.

1. Do I need to write the letters in my own handwriting or print and sign the document?
2. Do I need to write the invitation letter in Native language.

Please respond this queries ASAP. As I need to send the docs immly...

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I came to US on L1 Blanket Visa. What will be the equivalent copy to H1B Approval Copy (I-797) in L1 Blanket visa? Which document should I provide as sponsor document?
Is it OK if I submit only my I-94.Do I need to send my petition xerox copy also. Also I am taking the xerox copies of all these docs and sending them. I think this should be fine right.

Please advice

Thanks
- Kishore
