Visitor Visa fro my sister and niece

Hi,

My nieces visa got rejected when she went with her maternal grand parents on Aug 4th. The offcicer said that eh woudl have given her visa if her mom was going with her to the US.

My question now is can I send my sister also to get visa with my niece who si 4 years old. My sister is 36 and she is married and lives in Hyd. Also works as a teacher.

If her husband stays home in India what are the chances that she will get a visa. I will sponsor her. I possess greencard in US.

I have been very sad that my niece could not get visa.

Hi,
Sending them again for the interview will give an idea of desparateness. If you plan to send your sister, then she has to produce her leave letter, no-objection letter from husband, and leave-letter from the child's school if she is attending one. You can mail me at veena_swsh@yahoo.co.in
